    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide inpatient and outpatient speech language pathology services in a general rural practice setting
    • Treat a wide variety of patient ages and diagnoses across both inpatient and outpatient settings, with a primary focus on outpatient care
    • Complete clinical documentation using Epic electronic health records system
    • Utilize general therapy equipment appropriate to the department and patient needs
    • Participate in department and hospital orientation, including documentation training and equipment orientation
    • Float to nearby clinic locations as needed
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Minnesota state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
    • Current BLS certification
    • General speech therapy clinical skills applicable to a broad patient population
    • Ability to badge in and out at the facility per site requirements
    • Professional dress in accordance with facility dress code (business casual or approved polo colors)
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Active Iowa (IA) state licensure, as floating to an Iowa clinic location may be required
    • Prior experience in a rural or critical access hospital setting
    • Familiarity with Epic documentation platform
