Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as appropriate
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient care
- Maintain valid state licensure and comply with all facility credentialing requirements
- Wear a photo badge and present a state or federal issued photo identification at the facility at all times
Required Qualifications
- Active Speech Language Pathologist license in the state of West Virginia
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred or eligibility
- Valid state or federal issued photo identification required for facility access
- Ability to commit to a 14-week contract assignment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a contract or registry staffing setting
- Strong documentation and time management skills
- Experience working with diverse patient populations across a range of diagnoses
