Key Responsibilities
Conduct screenings, evaluations, and treatments for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders
Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans
Document services in compliance with state, federal, and facility standards
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and families to support patient progress
Maintain compliance with all infection control and safety protocols
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program (MS or MA)
Current state SLP license in good standing
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
Strong communication and clinical problem-solving skills
