    Key Responsibilities
    • Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders in a skilled nursing facility setting
    • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations and clinical goals
    • Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as clinically appropriate
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care and discharge planning
    • Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs
    Required Qualifications
    • Master's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
    • Current and valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Missouri
    • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA or eligibility
    • Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or similar post-acute care environment
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Prior experience with MDS assessments and Medicare documentation requirements in a SNF setting
    • Familiarity with dysphagia management and modified barium swallow studies
    • Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
