Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
Provide education and guidance to patients and their families regarding treatment strategies
Required Qualifications
Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license in the state of Maryland
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA
Ability to fulfill a 30-hour weekly guarantee
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior experience in a contract or travel therapy setting
Strong assessment and clinical documentation skills
Ability to adapt quickly to new clinical environments and patient populations
