    Key Responsibilities
    • Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders in a skilled nursing facility setting
    • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluation findings
    • Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team members to coordinate patient care and discharge planning
    • Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license in the state of Wisconsin
    • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred or eligibility required
    • Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as a Speech Language Pathologist
    • Ability to fulfill a 35-hour weekly guarantee
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Prior experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care environment
    • Experience with dysphagia evaluation and treatment, including modified barium swallow studies
    • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
