    Contract (14 Weeks) | Days | Onsite

    Key Responsibilities
    • Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders in a skilled nursing facility setting
    • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluation findings
    • Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as clinically appropriate
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient goals and transitions of care
    • Provide education and training to patients, families, and caregiving staff as needed
    Required Qualifications
    • Master's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
    • Current and valid Pennsylvania SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
    • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred or required
    • Experience working in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation environment
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Prior experience in a SNF or long-term care setting
    • Familiarity with MDS documentation and Medicare/Medicaid billing requirements
    • Experience with dysphagia assessment and treatment, including modified barium swallow studies
