    Contract | Days | 13-Week Assignment | Full-Time (35-Hour Weekly Guarantee)

    Key Responsibilities
    • Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders in a skilled nursing facility setting
    • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments and clinical goals
    • Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as clinically appropriate
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care and discharge planning
    • Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs
    Required Qualifications
    • Master's degree or Doctorate in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
    • Current and valid Speech-Language Pathologist licensure in the state of South Carolina
    • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA or eligibility
    • Experience working in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Prior travel or contract therapy experience
    • Familiarity with MDS documentation and PDPM reimbursement models
    • Experience with dysphagia assessment and treatment including modified barium swallow studies
