    Key Responsibilities
    • Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders in a skilled nursing facility setting
    • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations and clinical goals
    • Document patient progress, treatment plans, and discharge summaries in accordance with facility and regulatory requirements
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care and optimize outcomes
    • Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs
    Required Qualifications
    • Master's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology
    • Current and valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Oregon
    • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA or eligibility
    • Experience working in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
    • Current BLS/CPR certification
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Prior travel or contract therapy experience
    • Familiarity with MDS documentation and Medicare/Medicaid compliance in SNF environments
    • Experience with dysphagia assessment and treatment including modified barium swallow studies
