Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders in a skilled nursing facility setting
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments and clinical goals
Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as clinically appropriate
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care and discharge planning
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
Active and unrestricted Speech Language Pathologist license in the state of Tennessee
Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting is required
Ability to commit to a travel contract with the specified start date
Adherence to a 14-day notice policy upon assignment conclusion
Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience working in a travel or contract therapy role
Familiarity with long-term care and post-acute rehabilitation environments
