    Key Responsibilities
    • Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders in a skilled nursing facility setting
    • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments and clinical goals
    • Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as clinically appropriate
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care and discharge planning
    • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory requirements
    Required Qualifications
    • Active and unrestricted Speech Language Pathologist license in the state of Tennessee
    • Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting is required
    • Ability to commit to a travel contract with the specified start date
    • Adherence to a 14-day notice policy upon assignment conclusion
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience working in a travel or contract therapy role
    • Familiarity with long-term care and post-acute rehabilitation environments
