    Job Title

    Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – Inpatient Rehab (Travel)

    Location

    Chandler, AZ | Inpatient Rehabilitation

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | Travel | Days | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | 13-Week Assignment | Expected 40 hours/week

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide speech-language pathology services to an adult inpatient rehabilitation population with diagnoses including neurological conditions, orthopedic injuries, cardiac conditions, and falls
    • Manage a caseload of up to 8 patients per therapist, collaborating with therapy assistants and a rehabilitation technician
    • Perform point-of-care documentation using the facility's EHR system (UDS)
    • Apply knowledge of GG Scoring in patient assessments and documentation
    • Utilize specialized rehabilitation equipment including Vector, LiteGait, Saebo, InMotion ARM, Senaptec Sensory, and Technobody systems
    • Float to a sister facility approximately 8 miles away as needed
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license or eligibility to practice in Arizona
    • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
    • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist
    • Strong time management skills and proficiency with point-of-care documentation
    • Working knowledge of GG Scoring
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Prior experience in an inpatient rehabilitation or acute care setting
    • Familiarity with neurological, orthopedic, and cardiac patient populations
    • Experience with specialized rehabilitation technology and equipment
