Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility standards
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
Provide education and guidance to patients and their families regarding treatment strategies
Required Qualifications
Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license in the state of Pennsylvania
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred or in progress
Ability to commit to a 14-week contract assignment
Minimum guaranteed hours of 30 hours per week
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior experience in a contract or travel therapy setting
Strong clinical documentation and communication skills
Experience working with a diverse patient population across various diagnoses
