    Key Responsibilities
    • Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders
    • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
    • Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as appropriate
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team members to support comprehensive patient care
    • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license in the state of Colorado or eligibility to obtain
    • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred or eligibility to obtain
    • Graduate degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Prior experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
    • Experience with dysphagia evaluation and treatment
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with patients, families, and care teams
