Job Opportunity – Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Seaside, OR 97138
Start Date: October 5, 2026
Location: Seaside, Oregon and surrounding coastal areas
Schedule: 4 x 8-hour day shifts (08:00 - 16:30), Monday through Friday. No weekends or on-call required. Up to 6 patient visits per day with 30 productivity points standard. 1:1 patient ratios.

Requirements:- Active Oregon state Speech-Language Pathology license
- Minimum 1 year of skilled home health experience required
- OASIS documentation experience required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- COVID-19 primary vaccination series plus one booster required
- Reliable personal transportation required for home visits
- Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
