Key Responsibilities
Provide speech-language pathology services to patients in accordance with facility protocols and standards of care
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with speech, language, and communication disorders
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with facility requirements
Wear a valid photo badge and present state or federal issued identification at the facility at all times
Required Qualifications
Active Speech-Language Pathologist license in the state of West Virginia
Graduate degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Valid state or federal issued photo identification required
Preferred Experience / Skills
Previous experience in a contract or registry staffing capacity
Strong documentation and time management skills
