Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
  • Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as appropriate
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
  • Maintain valid state licensure and adhere to all facility compliance requirements, including wearing a photo ID badge at all times
Required Qualifications
  • Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license in the state of North Carolina
  • Master's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred or eligibility required
  • Must present a valid state or federally issued photo identification upon arrival at the facility
Preferred Experience / Skills
  • Prior experience in a contract or registry staffing capacity
  • Strong documentation and communication skills
  • Experience working with diverse patient populations across a range of speech and language disorders
