Key Responsibilities of the Occupational Therapist

Conduct in-patient rehab and/or hospital evaluations and treatments
Perform neuro and ortho patient evaluations & treatments
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop effective patient care plans
Utilize Meditech for patient documentation and record keeping
Adhere to facility's floating policy as needed

Requirements of the Occupational Therapist

Active OT License (no Temporary License allowed)
Minimum 2 years of in-patient rehab and/or hospital experience
Preferred: 2-3 years of experience in rehab and/or acute hospital
Bilingual in English and Spanish is advantageous
NDT or brain injury certifications preferred
