Key Responsibilities
Provide speech-language pathology services in an inpatient setting
Evaluate and treat patients with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
Float to like units within scope of practice as needed based on facility needs, following brief unit orientation
Complete onsite orientation modules as required
Required Qualifications
Valid Kansas Speech Language Pathologist license required and must be in hand at time of submission
BLS certification required
Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as an SLP
Must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible - local candidates will not be considered
Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience in an inpatient or acute care setting
