Seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide comprehensive speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing evaluations and treatments. The SLP will work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to help patients improve communication abilities, enhance swallowing function, and maximize overall quality of life.

GUARANTEED HOURS & PAY
- Guaranteed Hours: 35 Hours Per Week
- Pay Rate: $45.00 - $52.50 per hour
REQUIREMENTS
- Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) License in good standing
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Current CPR certification preferred
- Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Previous experience in rehabilitation, skilled nursing, outpatient, home health, or acute care settings preferred
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
- Provide therapy to improve communication, cognition, speech production, and swallowing function
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers regarding therapy programs and strategies
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Participate in care planning and discharge planning activities
- Recommend adaptive strategies and compensatory techniques to improve functional outcomes
- Promote evidence-based practice and patient-centered care

- Guaranteed 35 hours per week
