What We're Looking For


  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Current Kansas state licensure in good standing or eligibility to obtain KS licensure.
  • ASHA CCC-SLP preferred.
  • Educator's license or eligibility for state teaching certification preferred.
  • Pediatric experience required. Experience across K-12 grade levels preferred.
  • Prior school-based caseload management experience preferred. Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 45-55 students required.
  • Experience servicing multiple school sites or willingness to travel between 2-3 schools during the workday required.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to create engaging therapy plans, and effective collaboration with teachers and families required.


What You'll Do:


  • Provide speech and language therapy in a school-based setting.
  • Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and deliver goal-aligned therapy.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school teams.
  • Maintain compliant documentation per district, state, and federal guidelines.

Assignment Details


  • Facility type: School.
  • Shift name: Days.
  • Typical schedule: Approximately 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
  • Grade levels: K-12.
  • Caseload: Approximately 45-55 students for SLP.
  • Service model: In-person or hybrid; clinicians will service 2-3 school sites during the assignment.
  • Interviews will be conducted virtually.
