Description
Key Responsibilities
Provide speech-language therapy services to students across multiple school sites
Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with communication disorders
Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to support student progress
Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in compliance with school and regulatory requirements
Adhere to a schedule of up to 7.5 hours per day and 37.5 hours per week
Required Qualifications
Active Florida SLP or SLPA license or eligibility to obtain
Relevant state and/or national certification (e.g., CCC-SLP) as applicable
Ability to work across multiple school locations within the assigned area
Experience working in a pediatric or school-based setting
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior experience in a school-based speech-language therapy role
Familiarity with IEP development and the special education process
Experience managing a caseload across multiple sites
