We’re seeking a compassionate and clinically confident SLP for a 13-week skilled nursing assignment in Scottsdale. This role is ideal for a clinician who enjoys helping adult and geriatric patients improve communication, cognition and swallowing function.

What You’ll Do:
• Evaluate speech, language, cognitive-communication and swallowing disorders
• Create individualized plans of care based on patient needs
• Provide evidence-based speech and swallowing therapy
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans when appropriate
• Educate patients, families and caregivers
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with nursing, therapy and interdisciplinary teams
• Support safe discharge and continuity-of-care planning
The Right Candidate:
• Holds an active Arizona SLP license or is actively obtaining one
• Has recent skilled nursing, rehabilitation or geriatric experience
• Communicates effectively with patients, families and care teams
• Can manage a clinical caseload and documentation requirements
• Is available to begin the assignment promptly
