Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Inpatient - Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. This full-time position involves providing speech therapy services within a medically complex, long-term acute care setting. The role supports patients with conditions such as post-ventilation/tracheostomy and dysphagia, working dynamically and flexibly to meet patient needs.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Days, 8 hours shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week
  • Required Qualifications: Full Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) credentials, experience in mobile units (MBS), acute setting with medically complex patients, no minimum experience required, located in Oklahoma, full credentialed
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with post-ventilation/tracheostomy patients and dysphagia management
  • Float: Float rotation may be required between Broken Arrow and Muskogee, approximately 40 miles one way
  • Additional Information: The assignment is for a mobile unit in Broken Arrow with in-house C-Arm at Muskogee location. The facility has 23 beds in Broken Arrow and 41 in Muskogee, serving a medically complex patient population, with split electronic health records.
