Job Summary
Speech Language Pathologist Home Health. This position provides home health speech-language pathology services, with responsibility for approximately six visits per day. The role includes weekday scheduling, weekend coverage as needed, and service coverage across multiple teams.
Job Details
- Required Qualifications: At least 1 year of experience; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; home healthcare experience.
- Preferred Qualifications: Charting system experience; experience with alternative communication devices, augmentative communication, compensatory strategies, cerebrovascular accidents, degenerative diseases, dysarthria, dysphagia, hearing impairments, Medicare Part A, oral motor techniques, and point-of-service documentation.
- Schedule: Day shifts, 8 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Additional Information: The position includes approximately six home visits per day, weekend coverage as needed, no on-call requirement, and gray scrubs.
