Job Summary for Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (Pediatric Outpatient Clinic, Richmond/Rosenburg, Houston):

- Provide speech-language therapy services to primarily school-aged children with various diagnoses (autism, developmental delays, syndromes, TBI, etc.) in a pediatric outpatient setting.
- Collaborate with Occupational Therapists (OT) and Physical Therapists (PT) to deliver comprehensive care and achieve best patient outcomes.
- Work full-time (40 hours per week), including some early evenings to accommodate working families' schedules.
- Utilize strong written and oral communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and team members.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to a collaborative learning environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required; experience preferred.
- Compensation ranges from $60,000-$72,000, based on degree level and experience.
