    Speech Language Pathologist, Acute Care — Boston, MA, United States. Start date December 14, 2026; 26-week travel assignment. Weekly pay range: $2,173–$2,330 per week. Guaranteed hours: 40 per week. Shift: 8 hours per day, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. Setting: acute care pediatric services within a hospital-like environment.     Responsibilities
    - Provide pediatric SLP services across inpatient and outpatient settings, focusing on feeding and swallowing evaluations and therapy plans.
    - Conduct pediatric feeding and swallowing assessments; develop goals and monitor progress; consider MBS when indicated.
    - Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team; participate in daily rounds and scheduled team meetings.
    - Manage care for diverse pediatric patients, including those with tracheostomies and ventilator support when within scope; support transitions between inpatient and outpatient care.
    - Document care and outcomes accurately using EPIC; adhere to department standards for patient care and documentation.
    - Complete department onboarding, training, and competency sign-off during the initial weeks.

    Requirements
    - Active Massachusetts State Licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
    - ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP)
    - Current CPR certification
    - Minimum 3 years of pediatric feeding and swallowing experience
    - Ability to work in both inpatient and outpatient pediatric care settings within an acute care environment
    - EPIC documentation experience or familiarity (preferred)

    Benefits and Support

    - Local rate option for candidates residing within 50 miles of the site; local rate is $10 less per week than the posted rate
