Job Title

Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – Pediatrics

Location

Waynesville, MO | Outpatient

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13 Weeks | Days | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide speech-language pathology services in an outpatient setting with a primarily pediatric patient population
  • Evaluate and treat patients presenting with speech sound disorders, phonological processing deficits, and expressive/receptive language disorders
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation using the EPIC electronic health record system
  • Deliver individualized, 1:1 patient care in alignment with evidence-based practice standards
  • Collaborate with the rehabilitation team and supervising leadership to ensure quality patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA required
  • Active Missouri state SLP license required (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Minimum 1 year of clinical experience
  • No float requirements; dedicated to assigned outpatient department

Preferred Experience / Skills

  • Prior experience working with pediatric populations in an outpatient setting
  • Familiarity with EPIC electronic health records
  • Experience treating speech sound disorders and phonological processing deficits
