**Exciting Opportunity for a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Houston, TX!** **Job Description:** - **Position Title:** Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - **Location:** Kindred Hospital Houston Northwest - **Type:** Contract Assignment - **Start Date:** 08/03/2026 - **Duration:** 13 weeks - **Reason for Opening:** Replacement of Permanent Staff **Facility Overview:** - **Setting:** Inpatient acute rehabilitation and long-term acute care (shared position) - **Bed Capacity:** - 12 rehabilitation beds - 80 long-term acute care beds **Position Details:** - **Schedule:** Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM - **Flexibility:** Opportunities to work on weekends for ARUs as needed - **Required Experience:** - Minimum of 2 years experience - Ability to independently perform Modified Barium Swallowing (MBS) **Additional Information:** - **EMR Systems:** ProDoc/Rehab Connect and ProTouch - **Dress Code:** Any color scrubs - **Parking:** Employee parking available in two side parking lots **Join Us and Make a Difference!** Why wait?
