American Traveler seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist with 2+ years of experience for an inpatient rehabilitation hospital setting.

Details

• Inpatient rehabilitation facility (IRF) setting within a Speech Therapy department
• Provides speech-language pathology services to an inpatient rehab population

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Current AHA-issued certifications required (e.g., BLS)
• Active and unrestricted state license required if applicable
• Active Nursys or state licensure verification required at time of consideration

Additional Information

• Assess, plan, and deliver speech-language therapy services within an interdisciplinary rehab team
• First-time travelers may be considered
• Candidates cannot have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the past 12 months
• Candidates must not be employed elsewhere on a full-time basis
• Permanent residence must be more than 60 miles from the facility to qualify for travel status
