Job Details:
- Shift Schedule: Days, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program; current Virginia Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility for licensure; Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred or eligibility to complete Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY); CPR certification or willingness to obtain; strong communication and interpersonal skills; commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care; new graduates and Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply

- Additional Information: Perform comprehensive speech-language evaluations and develop individualized plans of care. Assess and treat communication, language, cognitive-linguistic, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders. Collaborate with patients, caregivers, physicians, and team members to achieve optimal outcomes. Educate patients and families on treatment strategies, home programs, and techniques to support continued progress. Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes utilizing Scribe AI-powered technology and the Raintree electronic medical record platform. Foster a positive clinic culture focused on patient-centered care and clinical excellence.
