Shift: Days / 8:30a-5p, 8x5, 40hrs per week, M-F
Length: 13 weeks
Requirements:
- Active DC SW license
- At least 1 year of hospital case management (discharge planning) experience
- BLS
- LICSW
- Knowledge of Cerner
