Requirements
- Active Alaska (AK) License required
- Mental health and substance abuse experience
- Experience providing comprehensive behavioral health assessments
- Crisis intervention experience
- Individual, group, and family counseling/therapy experience
- Outpatient and aftercare experience
Key Responsibilities
- Provide mental health and substance abuse services
- Conduct assessments and crisis interventions
- Manage a caseload of behavioral health clients
- Provide individual, group, and family counseling
- Complete treatment documentation and reports
- Participate in treatment team meetings and case conferences
- Coordinate care with community agencies and healthcare staff
- Advocate for clients and coordinate treatment activities
