What You'll Be Doing

 

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting the mental and emotional well-being of incarcerated individuals while working as part of a multidisciplinary behavioral health team.

 

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Conducting individual therapy sessions
  • Facilitating group therapy programs
  • Performing crisis intervention and risk assessments
  • Developing individualized treatment plans
  • Providing case management services
  • Supporting continuity of care and discharge planning
  • Making referrals to appropriate internal and external resources
  • Maintaining timely and accurate clinical documentation
  • Collaborating with healthcare providers, correctional staff, and community agencies
