POSITION SUMMARY – LCSW Social Worker

POSITION DUTIES – Provides comprehensive assessments, crisis intervention, outpatient and aftercare services for individuals with mental health and substance use disorders, while managing a caseload that includes individual, group, and family counseling. Collaborates closely with interdisciplinary teams, community agencies, and stakeholders to coordinate care, advocate for clients, assess community behavioral health needs, and support treatment planning. Responsibilities also include maintaining timely and accurate documentation, participating in staff and clinical meetings, and representing the organization professionally while adhering to ethical and regulatory standards.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS –

• AK LCSW
• 2 years recent mental health clinician experience in a hospital setting

LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT – 26 weeks
