Care Career is seeking a travel nurse RN Long Term Care for a travel nursing job in Wheeling, West Virginia.

48 hours per week
Shift: 12 hours, days
Employment Type: Travel

RN – Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care

Shift: 12-hour days (6:45 AM–7:15 PM), 48-hour guarantee; every other weekend required.

Requirements:

BLS/CPR required before the first day
Experience with IVs, PICC lines, Mediports, central lines, IV antibiotics, blood transfusions, and IV fluids
EPIC charting
BSN not required

Facility: SNF/LTC with 60 residents across two units; approximately 1:15 RN/LPN ratio.

Patient Population: Long-term and skilled residents with CHF, CKF, sepsis, UTIs, NSTEMI, fractures, and other complex conditions.
