Shift: Tuesday through Saturday. Day shift. 0730 to 1630

Requirements:
1 year of recent experience
Active Physical Therapist License
Current BLS/BCLS Certification
Experience with EPIC EMR preferred

Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited PT program
