Job Details:
- Position: Physical Therapist SNF
- Location: Lowell, Massachusetts
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Valid Massachusetts State License; 1 year of physical therapy experience including long-term care or rehabilitation settings; new graduates with Level II experience are welcome to apply
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in SNF or rehabilitation settings, familiarity with regulatory standards and clinical documentation
- Additional Information: Effectively screens, evaluates, and rehabilitates patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care; utilizes standardized assessments and evidence-based practices; administers procedures such as manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, supportive and assistive device use, and wound care; evaluates patient progress and adjusts treatment plans accordingly; documents all clinical activities per regulatory and clinical practice standards; participates in team meetings, training sessions, and required conferences; supervises and supports rehabilitation aides and students; adheres to professional practice acts, codes of conduct, and ethics.
