  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in skilled nursing facilities or rehab environments
  • Additional Information: Effectively screens, evaluates, and treats patients with physical function disorders and wound care. Utilizes standardized assessments and evidence-based practice to support interventions. Administers procedures such as manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and wound care. Monitors and documents patient progress, adjusting treatments accordingly, and provides consultation to patients, families, and caregivers. Participates in team meetings, training sessions, and maintains compliance with clinical and regulatory documentation standards. Supports supervision of assistants and students, adhering to professional practice acts and ethical standards.
