Job Details

- Must hold an active license as a Physical Therapist in the state of California or plan to test in the near future to obtain licensure.
- Required qualifications include a degree in Physical Therapy, with no minimum years of experience specified.
- Schedule: Day shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Must possess computer skills necessary to complete evaluations, reports, and discharge summaries using an Electronic Medical Record system.
- Be able to make independent decisions regarding patient care and supervise PT Assistants and Aides.
- Involves physical mobility, including walking, sitting, standing, bending, lifting over 50 pounds, and assisting patients with transfers.
- Must follow HIPAA policy and procedures, and be familiar with billing policies including DX and ICD-10 coding.
- No travel is expected for this position.
- Position involves working in an outpatient/rehabilitation setting, focusing on patient care and safety.
