The Opportunity

Occupational Therapist (OT) | Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) | Crosby, MN

• Evaluate residents' functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Help residents improve independence with daily living activities, dressing, bathing, and self-care.
• Provide interventions to improve coordination, strength, fine motor skills, and functional mobility.
• Recommend adaptive equipment and techniques to support safe daily routines.
• Collaborate with nursing staff and the interdisciplinary care team to promote quality resident outcomes.
• Document evaluations, treatments, and progress toward established goals.
