Job Details:

Required Qualifications: Certification as an Occupational Therapist (OT), relevant SNF experience, Oregon state licensure or eligibility, and at least 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing facility.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with adult and elderly patient populations in a SNF setting and proficiency in therapy documentation software.
Float: Float rotation may be required to cover various departments as needed.
