Are you a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse seeking a rewarding opportunity in a critical care setting? FSN is looking for a skilled SICU Nurse to become an essential part of our dynamic team and provide exceptional care to patients in the Surgical Intensive Care Unit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to critically ill surgical patients, ensuring their safety, comfort, and recovery.
• Perform thorough clinical assessments, monitor vital signs, and respond swiftly to changes in patient conditions.
• Collaborate seamlessly with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient histories, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Ensure adherence to hospital policies, safety protocols, and infection control standards.
• Educate patients and their families about care procedures and post-discharge instructions.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or an equivalent diploma.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience in an ICU setting.
• Valid, current Compact RN license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are mandatory.
• Demonstrated clinical assessment skills, critical thinking, and excellent communication abilities.

Shift & Schedule:

• Day shifts: 3 days per week, 12-hour shifts.
