Job Description: Job Description T Unit Information: CC4 Telemetry Location: HCA HealthONE Aurora Address: 1501 S Potomac St, Aurora, CO 80012 Floor: Building: Main General Information Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds 345 3-time Magnet Designation Number of Staff float pool is about 80 Type of staff: Day Shift RN and CNAs on most units Night Shift RNs and CNAs on most units Patient Ratios 1:5 days and nights varies between units -Estimated & never Guaranteed Types of equipment - various EMR Meditech / CPN Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Strong Tele experience Nice to Have - Chemo Certification (would be able to schedule on our Oncology unit) List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Varies between units Large Cardiac Population with 2 Tele floors and a PCU floor Floating to all inpatient Med/Tele and Rehab units Best personality Fit: Flexibility and willingness to float Team player and compassion is a must Great learning opportunity to learn to care for patients with varied medical issues both acute and chronic.

Minimum 1-year current acute care Telemetry hospital experience BLS & ACLS Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.
