**Join Our Dynamic Team as a Registered Nurse - Telemetry I (Nights)** **Job Description:** - Are you ready to make a profound impact on patient care? - Join our exceptional team of healthcare professionals where your skills and passion for nursing will shine! **Key Responsibilities:** - Coordinate and implement tailored patient care for a diverse population. - Perform initial assessments, establishing priorities based on patient symptoms and psychosocial needs. - Conduct systematic re-assessments to monitor patient progress and trends. - Develop and execute measurable, individualized care plans within established timelines. - Make informed nursing decisions, modifying care plans based on patient evaluations. - Engage in patient and family health education and discharge planning. - Document timely interventions that address patient needs and evaluate care plans. - Perform various Point of Care testing procedures. **Requirements:** - Graduate from an accredited program for Registered Nursing. - Demonstrated knowledge and skills appropriate to the patient population served. - Commitment to respecting patients' rights in caregiving. - Strong communication skills tailored to the developmental age of patients. **Experience:** - Open to newly hired nurses with two or fewer years of experience as a Registered Nurse. - Potential for consideration at a higher clinical ladder level based on relevant experience and certifications. **Licenses and Certifications:** - Current RN license in New Mexico or a current Compact state license. - Current BLS certification required. - Current ACLS certification required. **Work Schedule:** - Full-time nights, from 7 PM to 7 AM. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
