Job Description
Use your nursing leadership experience in a supervisory role supporting long-term care operations on weekends. This assignment is suited to an RN who can lead clinical staff and maintain safe resident care overnight.
Assignment Details
Location: New Oxford, Pennsylvania
Specialty: RN Supervisor – Long-Term Care
Contract: 13 weeks
Shift: Saturday and Sunday, 6:00 PM–6:00 AM
Shift length: 12 hours
Guaranteed hours: Not guaranteed
Clearance: Pennsylvania Department of Aging fingerprint clearance letter required
Responsibilities
Supervise nursing operations and coordinate resident care.
Support staff with clinical decisions and escalation.
Monitor resident safety and documentation.
Communicate with providers and facility leadership.
Help ensure compliance with care standards and policies.
Requirements
Active RN license.
Prior nursing leadership or supervisory experience.
Long-term care experience preferred.
Ability to work both weekend night shifts.
Required Pennsylvania fingerprint clearance must be available.
