Description

American Traveler is seeking a Rehab RN for a night shift inpatient rehabilitation position requiring 2 years of experience and a MO or compact RN license.

Details

  • Inpatient rehabilitation hospital setting caring for patients recovering from brain, stroke, spinal cord injuries, amputations, and complex orthopedic conditions
  • 50-bed facility featuring a secured brain injury unit, interdisciplinary therapy gyms, and specialty programs for neuro, stroke, brain injury, and amputation patients
  • Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
  • 13-week assignment
  • Every other weekend required

Requirements

  • Active MO or compact RN license required
  • Minimum of 2 years of RN experience required
  • AHA certifications required
  • Active Nursys licensure verification required at time of consideration
  • Social Security number and date of birth required for consideration

Additional Information

  • Provide rehabilitative nursing care within a specialized inpatient rehab environment supporting neuro, stroke, brain injury, and amputation recovery
  • Facility offers unique amenities including a transitional living apartment, therapeutic courtyard, and specialty treatment rooms for dialysis patients
  • Compliance with facility influenza vaccination policy or approved exemption required, including masking during flu season if exempt
  • Candidates cannot have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months
  • Candidates must not be employed elsewhere full time
  • Permanent residence must be more than 60 miles from the facility
