Description

American Traveler is hiring a Rehab RN for a night shift inpatient rehabilitation position requiring 2+ years of experience and a MO or compact RN license.

Details

  • Inpatient rehabilitation hospital setting serving patients recovering from brain, stroke, spinal cord injuries, amputations, and complex orthopedic conditions
  • 50-bed rehabilitation hospital with private rooms and specialty units including a secured brain injury unit
  • 13-week assignment on night shift, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
  • Every other weekend rotation required
  • Specialized programs for neuro, stroke, brain injury, and amputation care
  • Access to interdisciplinary therapy gyms and specialty treatment rooms including dialysis-equipped rooms

Requirements

  • Active MO or compact RN license required
  • Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
  • Current AHA certifications required
  • Active Nursys licensure verification required at time of consideration
  • Social security number and date of birth required for consideration
  • Flu vaccination required, or an approved facility-specific exemption with required masking during flu season

Additional Information

  • Provide nursing care within an inpatient rehabilitation hospital supporting complex recovery needs
  • Work within a facility offering unique amenities such as a transitional living apartment, therapeutic courtyard, and low-stimulation therapy gym
  • Candidates must live more than 60 miles from the facility to be eligible
  • Candidates cannot have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months
  • Candidates cannot be employed elsewhere full time
