Exciting Opportunity: Acute Travel RN - Rehab (7P-7A) in Beautiful Winchester, TN!** - Join a dynamic team at a comprehensive 198-bed acute and skilled care facility - Enjoy working in a fully accredited medical environment with state-of-the-art services - Be part of a supportive community focused on high-quality healthcare **Position Details:** - Role: Registered Nurse (RN) in Inpatient Rehab - Shift: 7 PM - 7 AM - Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36 - Patient Population: Adult and Geriatric - Average Patient Ratios: 3-5:1 - Equipment: Baxter IV pump, Masimo vitals machine, Kangaroo TF pump, Bladder scanner - EHR: Meditech - Supervisor: Laekyn Massey, Inpatient Rehab Nurse Manager **Unit Information:** - Inpatient rehab unit with 12 beds - Acute care setting where patients receive 3 hours of therapy per day - Work alongside a collaborative interdisciplinary team **What We're Looking For:** - Required Skills/Experience: - 1+ years of experience in a hospital setting - Ability to manage time effectively - Perform nursing skills and assessments - Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team - Preferred Skills/Experience: - Common diagnoses/treatments include Stroke, Parkinson's, S/P CABG, S/P orthopedic surgery, Debility, TBI, Multi-trauma - Personality Fit: - Motivational and encouraging individual - Support patients in regaining strength and independence **Education Requirements:** - ASN or BSN - Certification/Licensure required to work as an RN in TN **Dress Code:** - Scrub Color: Any color - Unacceptable Attire: Casual wear, other facility branded attire **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
