Number of Beds - 24
Number of Staff –
Type of staff:
o Day Shift – 1 charge, 4 RNs, 2 PCTs, OT/PT/ST, Case manager
o Night Shift - 1 charge, 4 RNs, 2 PCTs
Patient Ratios – 1:6
Type of equipment - Hill-Rom beds
EMR - Expanse
Typical hiring profile
Skill Set Most recruited for:
Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
One year inpatient or rehab experience
BLS
Completion of cardiac arrhythmia review test
Preferred or nice to have candidates with these skills, will be considered first.
ACLS
Medical/Telemetry experience or higher acuity
List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
PT/OT/ST for a total of 3 hours a day
Patients can receive dialysis, have blood administered, IVP medications, and remote telemetry monitoring. No bedside surgical procedures.

Collaborate well with the therapy departments
Allow the patients to be as independent as possible while continuing a safe environment

BLS

Med/Surg or Med/Surg tele

Scrub Color/Attire - Royal Blue
Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.
We still follow all guidelines as the inpatient side such as Fall precautions, HAIs, Isolation, and Care Experience
I can supply the Time and Attendance policy during orientation
Weekends and on call (if any)
Every other weekend and no on call
