**Exciting Opportunity for Travel RN in Inpatient Rehab!** **Job Description:** - **Shift:** 7A - 7P - **Duration:** 13 Weeks - **Unit Type:** Inpatient Rehab - **Location:** HCA Houston Healthcare Conroe **Unit Information:** - **Number of Beds:** 24 - **Staffing:** - **Day Shift:** 1 charge nurse, 4 RNs, 2 PCTs, OT/PT/ST, Case Manager - **Night Shift:** 1 charge nurse, 4 RNs, 2 PCTs - **Patient Ratios:** 1:6 - **Type of Equipment:** Hill-Rom beds - **EMR System:** Expanse **Typical Hiring Profile:** - **Must-Have Skills:** - 1 year of inpatient or rehab experience - BLS certification - Completion of cardiac arrhythmia review test - **Preferred Skills:** - ACLS certification - Medical/Telemetry experience or higher acuity **Typical Procedures Performed:** - Patients receive PT/OT/ST for a total of 3 hours a day - Dialysis, blood administration, IVP medications, and remote telemetry monitoring - No bedside surgical procedures **Best Personality Fit:** - Ability to collaborate well with therapy departments - Commitment to promoting patient independence while ensuring a safe environment **Required Certifications:** - RN - BLS **Floating Areas:** - Med/Surg or Med/Surg Tele **Dress Code:** - Scrub Color/Attire: Royal Blue **Unit Guidelines/Policies:** - Follow inpatient guidelines including Fall precautions, HAIs, Isolation, and Care Experience - Time and Attendance policy available during orientation **Work Requirements:** - **Weekends:** Every other weekend - **On Call:** No on call duties **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
